Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed! Disclaimer : You are on West Fourth Avenue, a residential block that also works as a cross street between High Street and the neighborhoods, so cars use it to actually get places and you will hear traffic during the day and into the evening. The upside is that the Short North is a walk east and OSU and the Convention Center are both about five minutes out. Every bedroom has a white noise machine, a fan and earplugs, and most of our guests here never think about it. If you are a very light sleeper or traveling with a baby, reach out before you book and we will point you toward one of our quieter Columbus homes.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these house rules. 🌿 Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.. They are very sensitive, and we want them to stay healthy for all to enjoy! 🚪 Please use the front door for all entry and exit. The back door is designated for emergency use only and may not be used for entry, exit, or smoking access. Any unauthorized use of the back door will result in a $300 House Rules Violation fee per occurrence. 🎶 No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels) 🎉 No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed at any time. Exterior video surveillance located outside the property may be used to monitor activity. Any violation will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction from the property 🚭No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (we do allow smoking outside the home only) -vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home If any smoking discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation; (Note: A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee) 👨🏻👩🏻No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. We can kindly modify the reservation if plans change and more guests are needed but we reserve the right to cancel this reservation with no refund if this rule is broken as well a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night (Note: A $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the Extra Guests House Rules Violation fee.) 🐶Pets (ALL PETS) are allowed for a fee of $49 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required. For any UNDISCLOSED PET a $500 charge will apply. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet (bestie), additional charge of $500 will apply for any damages/stains from your pet. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, additional pet and cleaning fees could apply 📷No photography or any commercial use on the premises without written permission from the host 🛋️ Furniture is not to be rearranged 📸Tampering with exterior surveillance (External camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge ⏰ Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. And most importantly.. enjoy and come again!! Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage; any unreported damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
