Nestled in a peaceful residential area of Porches, the home is just a short stroll from the beach and local restaurants. The villa is divided into East and West wings on the upper floor, each with separate staircases and no connecting corridor. Hot water is delivered to one wing at a time due to the eco-conscious heating system. The pool includes a shallow “beach” section (25cm) that transitions gradually to a deep end of 1.9 meters. Internet is satellite-based, so speeds may vary. Pool heating is available upon request for an extra fee. Additional cleaning services can also be arranged (€). A local tourist tax per person per night applies and must be paid at check-in or check-out. A security deposit may be required after confirmation.
