This modern, high-rise apartment on level 50 offers a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Melbourne, ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Thoughtfully furnished with brand-new pieces and designed for both relaxation and functionality. Please note that the building uses a shared central air-conditioning system, so cooling and heating may be slower than expected, especially during peak usage periods. This is due to the building’s original design. For winter stays, a portable heater is available if needed. Thank you for your understanding. Apartment Features: 🛏 Bedrooms (3 total): Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe with ample clothing storage Bedroom 2: One queen-sized bed with clothing storage (wardrobe or drawers) Bedroom 3: One double-sized bed with clothing storage (wardrobe or drawers) Fresh linens and hotel-quality bedding are provided for all beds. Portable fans are provided for guest comfort. *Single sofa bed in living room (please see the dimension in the photo section). There is an additional $40+GST fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage. If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability. Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry. For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.
