This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence spans approximately 2,800 square feet. Three bedrooms feature king beds with en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom offers two queen beds. The master bedroom provides direct terrace access, views of the Sea of Cortez, and a bathroom with a soaking tub and dual vanities. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge, and meals can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. The terrace offers seating for the entire group and panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, Lands End, and Medano Beach. While the residence does not have a private pool or jacuzzi, it is located closest to the community’s extensive amenities.

The residence is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas on Medano Beach. The area offers direct beach access and is a short walk to the marina. Guests will find a variety of dining, nightlife, shopping, and water-based activities nearby, all within easy walking distance.

Reservations during Christmas must end on or before December 28th, and New Year’s reservations must start on December 26th or later. Light daily housekeeping is included, which covers making the beds, cleaning the kitchen, refreshing bathrooms, removing trash, and light sweeping.
