Four elegant bedrooms serve as private retreats, each with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and terrace or patio. Two ground-floor suites include twin sofa beds, opening directly to the pool terrace. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms enjoy private outdoor spaces and ocean views.

The villa is located within the secure beachfront community of Punta del Burro, a peaceful neighborhood close to one of Punta Mita’s best surf breaks. While tranquil and private, the villa is only a 10-minute drive from Punta de Mita village, where colorful seafood restaurants and shops await.

The villa accommodates up to 8 adults comfortably but can host up to 14 guests using the sofa daybeds in bedrooms. For larger groups, three independent studios are available for an additional fee and can accommodate up to 6 more adults and 2 children. The beach is better suited for surfers than swimmers due to strong waves. Daily housekeeping, linen changes every third day, and concierge services are included. Tipping staff is customary. A refundable security deposit may be required. Peak festive dates are strictly non-refundable.
