Spanning approximately 400 m², the villa’s layout is designed for both relaxation and socializing. The first floor welcomes guests with a spacious living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. A bedroom with an ensuite is also located on this floor. The terrace features a dining area for over eight guests and a poolside gazebo furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, a fan, and an outdoor cinema with a projector. On the second floor, two master bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms, private terraces with soft furnishings, a work area, and large TVs. One of these bedrooms offers a spacious terrace with stunning mountain views. The third floor includes a large master suite functioning as a family apartment, complete with a bedroom, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, a private living room with a fold-out sofa, and a terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views.

The villa is located within a private estate in a peaceful area surrounded by mountain and sea views, offering a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation while remaining close to the island’s amenities and attractions.

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. All service charges and taxes are included in the rate. A refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival ($1000 for 4-bedroom villas). Cleaning and towel changes are provided twice a week, with linen changes once a week. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge. Children under 2 years old stay free in cots or cribs. Children under 6 years are charged USD 25 per night per extra bed, and older children or adults are charged USD 50 per night per extra bed. Additional services available upon request include car, bike, yacht, and boat rentals, excursions, laundry, chef services, food delivery, nanny services, and massage treatments.
