Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

The neighbourhood

This is a very peaceful and quite neighborhood, with a combination of young families and retired folks. Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you.

Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: No fireworks. No noise outside from 10pm to 9am. Only the guests/pets included in the confirmed reservation are permitted on the property. Pet limit is 2. Any undeclared guests/pets exceeding the reservation count will incur a fee of $200 per person/pet, per night. We also reserve the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund and charge the cost of professional deep cleaning if required.

Things to note

Located in an extremely friendly neighborhood right on the Delaware river. Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope. Events are not allowed at this location.
