Please contact us for alternative check out times and we will do our best to accommodate. A late check out fee may apply. - Lockout service is subject to availability. Please contact us if you are locked out and we will respond as quickly as possible. A lock out fee may apply. - To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all, this is a strictly non-smoking premise. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. A minimum $500 smoking fee will be charged for odor removal. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know ahead of time. - Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. We do allow dogs not more than 5-22 lbs for an additional $25/night per pet (for 1 pet) and $35/night per pet (for 2 pets). - We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something in the home, please let us know so we can look out for the item during cleaning. - If guests are found to have had an event or party without permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. - If neighbors are disrupted as a result of such an event, guests may be asked to leave the property. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges. 6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate. 7. **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience. 8. **Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents.
