The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. There are 6.5 bathrooms in total. Indoor living is open-plan with sliding glass doors connecting living spaces to the garden and pool, offering seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The interior includes air conditioning throughout, a well-equipped chef-style kitchen with a quartz island, a handcrafted dining table for ten, comfortable sofas and a smart TV, minibar in every bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and carefully selected natural textures and materials for a refined, serene ambiance.

The villa is located in a quiet, leafy area of Tulum, surrounded by jungle and nature, offering peace and privacy while remaining within reach of local cafés, artisan bakeries, restaurants, and other conveniences. Included in the stay are welcome drinks, and for stays of at least four nights, a complimentary breakfast. Pool and garden areas are maintained every other day (except Sundays).
