A special winter offer applies to bookings between December 27, 2025, and January 10, 2026, with premium services included. The property features underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, and a heated pool for year-round comfort. Pets are accepted on request, smoking is not allowed, and large gatherings are not permitted. A refundable security deposit of €4,000 is required. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
