Living space Generous windows draw the light deep into the open-plan living area, and the wide balcony beyond them frames panoramic sea views that stretch as far as the eye can follow. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable through Cartagena's warm climate. The TV and ample seating give the group a natural gathering point, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi means anyone who needs to stay connected can do so without sacrificing comfort. Sleeping arrangements Two bedrooms sleep up to five guests across three beds - two queen-size beds and a single bed. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided, and each room includes clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, adding genuine ease for groups and families moving through their daily routines. Kitchen and dining The full kitchen is equipped for proper home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided to get the day started, and a dining table brings everyone together. Washer and dryer access keeps things practical for longer stays - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Outdoor living The balcony is where the private gas BBQ grill waits, barbecue utensils at hand and the sea spread out ahead of you. Shared beach access is included - sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas are available, and a kayak is on hand for guests who want to get out on the water directly. Shared facilities Calablanca Residences offers a shared outdoor pool available year-round during specific hours, a shared gym in the building, and a pool table and ping pong table for quieter days. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. Convenience and services Free parking is available in the on-site garage, and an elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day, and self check-in makes arrival straightforward at any hour. Luggage drop-off is permitted for guests with early arrivals or late departures. Smoking is allowed on the property. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Food & Beverages We take care of every detail so your only concern is relaxing.
