Elegant Countryside Villa With Outdoor Living

The villa offers a total indoor living area of 400 square metres and is set within 1,000 square metres of landscaped outdoor space. The interior is arranged over three levels. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a 55-inch Smart Satellite TV, and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six guests are also located on this level. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, both furnished with double beds and air conditioning, along with a shared bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The first floor includes two bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, sofa beds, air conditioning, 43-inch Smart TVs, balconies, and private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds, sofa beds, air conditioning, 43-inch Smart TVs, balconies, and private ensuite bathrooms with showers. This layout provides flexibility for larger groups while ensuring privacy and comfort across all floors.

The villa is located in the traditional village of Embrósneros, within the Apokoronas area of Chania. The surrounding landscape is rural and peaceful, characterized by olive groves, vineyards, and rolling hills. The location offers a serene countryside atmosphere while remaining within driving distance of beaches, nearby villages, and points of interest in the region.

From 2024, in accordance with article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies. The fee is €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The swimming pool can be heated from March until the end of June and from September until the end of November upon request and free of charge, using a pool heat pump that maintains a temperature of approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions. A minimum of three days’ advance notice is required. During July and August, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost, payable in cash upon arrival, with the same advance notice required. The villa forms part of a two-villa complex. The two villas are located next to each other and are connected by an outdoor bridge, offering flexibility for larger groups. Cleaning service: For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service with a change of linens and bath towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one cleaning service and a change of linens and bath towels every 4 days. Geroulios Kastro Villa I: The rates are for 12 guests. Extra charge of 30€ per night per extra guest. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.
