Authentic Cretan Villa With Swimming Pool

The villa is arranged across multiple levels and designed for comfort and privacy. The ground floor features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV, connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen. A second kitchen with a traditional wood oven and a washer-dryer is also available. On this level there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, along with a shared bathroom with a shower. The first floor includes two spacious bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, and Smart TVs. One of these bedrooms also includes a sofa bed and opens onto a balcony with a seating area, while the other features a private balcony with a dining area suitable for meals or morning coffee. A separate bedroom located on an additional level provides extra privacy, featuring a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV.

The villa is situated in a traditional village setting in the Apokoronas region, offering an authentic Cretan experience. Within walking distance are a bakery, a mini market, and two traditional tavernas serving local dishes. The surrounding area offers a peaceful atmosphere while still providing easy access to nearby towns, beaches, and cultural landmarks.

The private swimming pool measures 40 sqm with a depth of 1.50 m and can be heated at an additional cost of 30€ per day using a pool heat pump, reaching approximately 26°C depending on weather conditions. At least 5 days’ advance notice is required for pool heating, and payment is accepted in cash upon arrival. A climate resilience fee applies in accordance with local regulations, charged per villa per night and payable in cash upon arrival. From April to October the fee is 15€, and from November to March it is 4€.
