The space
The villa spans 546 m² of living space on a 2557 m² fully fenced property and is arranged over three levels connected by both internal and outdoor staircases. Facing the sea and surrounded by a maintained Mediterranean garden, the property features a heated seawater pool of 36 m², an outdoor jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor Finnish saunas, a gym, an entertainment room, and an outdoor yoga area.
The ground floor offers a spacious, fully air-conditioned living area with underfloor heating, a comfortable corner sofa, an LCD TV, and large glass doors opening to the outdoor spaces. This level is divided into a living room area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, suitable for meals prepared by a private chef. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor.
The lower ground floor features a fully air-conditioned gym, an indoor Finnish sauna, a guest toilet, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that opens directly to the pool area with outdoor seating.
The first floor is accessible via an internal staircase or outdoor spiral stairs and includes three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with one twin bedroom that can be arranged as a double.
