Truly, this exceptional property is pure magic. We have 3 mini splits — one in the master, one in the living room and one in the family/dining room. There is a lot of room upstairs for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are a little tight if you are traveling as a bigger family. Kara is terrific! The property felt very safe, in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature, dunes and friendly residents in the private enclave. We took full advantage of the Weber BBQ and a few of the local dining recommendations (fab lobster at fisherman's view seafood market). The house is as advertised and close to the beach which was amazing and the location near 6a is incredibly convenient. If you haven't been to the Cape before, just know the water on the north side can be pretty cold, but we still had a great time. The master bedroom was perfect and very spacious. The kids room with bunk beds was also great. The second adult bedroom was on the smaller side, but as long as you know that going in I think you won't be disappointed.
