From the pool terrace, guests enter directly into the first floor, which consists of an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with views of the sea and surrounding islands. The ground floor includes two modern bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, both with access to the garden. One of these bedrooms also includes a sofa bed suitable for one additional person. On the same level, there is a small gym with sea views, a sauna, and a guest toilet. The second floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, both with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms features a bathtub positioned next to the bed. Both bedrooms open directly onto an upper terrace furnished with deckchairs, an outdoor lounge area, and a jacuzzi.

The villa is situated near the center of Jezera on Murter Island, within the Šibenik archipelago. In the vicinity of the property, guests can find tennis, basketball, and football courts, as well as a diving school. The surrounding area offers sea views and easy access to local amenities.
