A covered terrace includes an outdoor summer kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The ground floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining area, and a spacious living area with high ceilings, sofa, and armchairs. One bedroom is located on this floor and is wheelchair-friendly, featuring a king-size bed, a desk with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first floor includes three bedrooms with king-size beds, high ceilings, and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers, while one bathroom features a bathtub.

The villa is situated in the town of Ližnjan in the Istrian countryside, a region known for its scenic landscapes, beaches, forests, and historic villages. The area offers a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of coastal and inland destinations in Istria.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of €500 is required. Tourist tax, pool maintenance, bed linen and towel change per booking, table tennis, chess, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking are included.
