The villa is arranged over three floors connected by an internal staircase. The fully fenced outdoor area features a private heated hydromassage swimming pool of 26 m², surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a spacious terrace with a dining area, pergola system, and barbecue. From the terrace, sliding glass doors lead into an open-plan interior that includes a living area with a fireplace and a decorative wall installation made from a massive acacia tree root. In front of the living space is a large dining table, followed by a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. A guest toilet, internal staircase, and main entrance are also located on this level. The first floor includes a children’s playroom and a laundry room. On this floor, there are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower and access to a balcony. The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, a kitchenette, and access to a terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering sunset views.

The villa is located in Petrčane, a well-known tourist destination on the Zadar Riviera. The area is known for its proximity to the sea and offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere while remaining close to the attractions of the Zadar region.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with underfloor heating, an indoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for year-round stays. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 23:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of €300 is required. Tourist tax, slippers, bathrobes, baby cot and high chair, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking are included.
