The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances and a wine cellar. A wellness area with a sauna and gym is also located within the villa. The first floor hosts air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and terrace access. The second floor follows the same layout, with spacious bedrooms designed to maximize sunlight and views, each opening onto luxurious terraces.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of €1,500 is required. Three bicycles, three kayaks, one SUP board, tourist tax, and parking are included.
