The villa is fully air-conditioned and designed around an open atrium concept that enhances natural light and spaciousness. The ground floor features a sleek, modern kitchen equipped for preparing meals, alongside stylish living and dining areas separated from the outdoor terrace and pool by large glass walls. This layout creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with constant sea views. A sauna is also located on this level, offering an additional space for relaxation. One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is situated on the ground floor. The first floor houses four additional double bedrooms, each furnished with a 200 x 200 cm bed and a private en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and designed for comfort and privacy. The outdoor terrace includes a 50 m² private swimming pool, deckchairs, outdoor furniture, and a large dining table. A barbecue area is available for outdoor meals, allowing guests to enjoy the coastal setting throughout the day.

The villa is located in the town of Omiš, directly by the Adriatic Sea. Its seafront position offers immediate proximity to the water and uninterrupted views of the coastline.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 00:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking and events are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with up to two pets included at no extra charge. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required. Pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, baby cot and highchair, final cleaning, parking, and use of the electric vehicle charger are included. The property can be combined with a neighboring villa through the outdoor area to accommodate up to 20 guests.
