The villa is arranged over three floors: ground, first, and second floor. The ground floor opens directly from the seaside and features a spacious living and dining area furnished with tasteful décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and arched glass doors leading to a large terrace. This terrace includes a 25 m² heated swimming pool, outdoor seating, and sea views. A stone grill is located outside for meal preparation. This level also includes a guest bathroom with a shower and one en-suite bedroom furnished with a king-size bed. Interior stairs lead to the first floor, which includes a second living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This floor offers three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a private bathroom. A 100 m² terrace with seating extends from this level and provides panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. The second floor mirrors the layout of the first floor and includes another living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, access to a private balcony with sea views, and three additional bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while one has a private bathroom. A separate wellness house with a sauna is available on the property. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. Three modern kitchens are fitted with stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and coffee makers. A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required. The stay includes tourist tax, Wi-Fi, parking, villa manager service, and basic daily housekeeping. Pool maintenance is carried out every two days or upon request. Bed linen is changed every three days, and towels are changed daily or upon request. A baby cot and high chair are available.
