This renovated 2300 sq/ft ranch style home features 3 bright bedrooms on the first floor and 2 spacious bonus sleeping areas on the walkout lower level, fully equipped with a bathroom, a family room, a gym and an arcade. The lower level also gives you access outdoors. The driveway can comfortably fit 8 cars. You’ll fall in love with the open living room with a wood burning fireplace, enjoy many meals in the complete dining room and breakfast bar areas, or venture into the fully equipped kitchen to create the dish you are craving. This home also includes gym equipment and fun at its best with a pool table, table soccer table, an aero hockey table, and a playground for children, available just for you and your family and guests. All furnishings as shown including but not limited to all appliances, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, range, wine cooler, washer and dryer will be made available. The house is heated by gas, the countertops are granite, the heating system is forced hot air and the fireplaces are wood burning. We have on the (first floor) 1 master bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 full bath Second full bath on (first floor) Second bedroom with 2 twins beds(first floor) Third bedroom with 2 twins beds(first floor) Third full bath (second floor) Fourth bedroom with 1 queen bed (second floor) Fifth bedroom with 1 queen bed (second floor) Pool & Spa- Please note the pool and spa are on set timers throughout the day for when the units are heated. Both the pool and spa share one heating element therefore they CAN'T both be heated at the same time. The schedules for the heat will be located on the kitchen island next to the house rules, please be sure to review them upon check in so you are aware. If you would like any specific changes to the schedule please reach out to your host to put in this request. The pool is heated to 80 degrees from 9am-4pm. The spa is heated to 103 degrees between 4pm-10pm, this includes the jets and the blower. The pool lights will be turned on from 8:30pm-11pm.
