The basement includes a sauna available for guest use.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A security deposit of €2,000 applies. Included services feature tourist tax, Mediterranean breakfast, daily housekeeping with light cleaning and bed making, daily maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas, concierge services through the villa manager during daytime hours, private parking, bed linen and towel changes twice weekly or upon request, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and additional cleaning every seven days for longer stays.
