A heated 8x4-meter pool with an adjacent heated shower is surrounded by sun loungers set on a heated terrace floor for added comfort during cooler evenings. Guests can prepare meals on the stone grill and enjoy outdoor dining at a table for eight, complemented by a convenient outdoor sink. A children’s playground with a trampoline provides additional entertainment for younger guests. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a spacious living area, a large comfortable sofa, and an LCD TV. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table for eight creates an inviting atmosphere for shared meals, while a water dispenser with hot and cold options adds convenience.
