In one wing, accessed through a traditional distribution salon, there are three double bedrooms, one with a 1.35 m bed and two with 1.60 m beds, along with a large bathroom with a bathtub. The second wing features two expansive bedrooms with large double beds, one with an en suite bathroom. This wing also includes a private lounge and an additional bathroom with a walk in shower. The outdoor areas are arranged over three levels. From the main living space, a large interior patio provides a shaded setting for outdoor dining. Below is a garden with natural grass and fruit trees overlooking the valley and almond groves. This level also includes a private gym and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the third level, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Overlooking the pool is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with gas grill, fridge, dishwasher and oven. The property is fully fenced with private gates and offers parking for numerous vehicles.
