The space
The ground floor includes a grand entrance hall leading into an open plan kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and an additional dining space. On this level there is one bedroom with two single beds, as well as access to the laundry area and a guest WC. The upper floor has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Outdoor areas centre around a private swimming pool with a dual depth design, featuring a shallow section suitable for children and a deeper section accessed by wide steps. The garden includes natural grass and mature fruit trees. There is also a separate enclosed garden room by the pool with its own bathroom with walk in shower and a kitchenette with fridge. Outdoor features include parasols, terrace, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, outdoor chill out area, outdoor shower, fully fenced grounds, private gates and parking.
