The kitchen connects to a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, which opens onto a veranda with a long dining table leading toward the pool area. The property includes one fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, alarm system, WiFi, air conditioning in selected bedrooms, heating throughout interior rooms and bathrooms, and a fireplace. Outdoor living is designed for relaxation and gatherings, with a private swimming pool, terrace, parasols, outdoor chill-out area, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a traditional porch. The grounds are fully fenced and secured with private gates. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower facilities. For leisure, the house provides a games room with pool table, table tennis, board games, satellite TV, and TV. A children’s play area is available within the garden. The setting offers country views, garden surroundings, distant sea views, and proximity to the sea. Car rental is recommended due to the secluded location.
