The space

The villa features a landscaped garden with bougainvillaea and a private pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf with views towards Atlantis. The lounge includes two large sofas and armchairs with garden views from multiple windows. The dining area seats eight guests comfortably. A modern kitchen is fully fitted with the necessary amenities for a seamless stay, complemented by a separate breakfast area for more intimate dining.

The neighbourhood

Palm Jumeirah offers sailing, skydiving and monorail experiences. It is home to luxury hotels including Atlantis The Palm, which features Nobu restaurant, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers aquarium. Nearby, Club Vista Mare offers seven restaurants along a pier over the water. A short taxi ride connects guests to Dubai Marina and JBR, and slightly further to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and DIFC for dining and shopping experiences.
