The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, sea views, a wall-to-wall vanity and TV unit, a reading chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and modern fixtures. The second bedroom has two single beds, sea and Bluewaters views, a Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. The apartment also includes a maid’s room with a single bed and a dedicated bathroom.

The apartment is situated at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah with convenient access to Nakheel Mall and The Pointe, offering restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and entertainment. Atlantis The Palm is a short ride away, featuring attractions such as Nobu, Aquaventure Waterpark, and The Lost Chambers Aquarium. Club Vista Mare offers beachfront dining nearby. Tourism Dirham charges apply at a rate of AED 10 per night per bedroom and may be collected upon arrival. A 5% UAE VAT applies in accordance with government regulations. A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 per booking is required and payable by credit card with the last payment. For monthly stays, a security deposit of AED 5,000 is required. Final cleaning is AED 350 per booking and booking fees are 5% of the booking amount. Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out is before 12:00. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Guests are required to coordinate arrival details in advance for key collection. Air conditioning, bed linen, towels, internet access, covered parking, arrival outside scheduled hours, and a cot/crib are included. An extra person supplement of AED 200 per night applies where applicable.
