The second bedroom features two single beds and is located next to a dedicated bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and bidet. The apartment includes air conditioning, two televisions, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, safe, hair dryer, dining table, tiled or marble flooring, bathroom amenities, and safety features including smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and alarm system. Final cleaning fee is AED 350 per booking. Booking fee is 5% of the reservation amount. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Children are welcome. Social distancing measures are in place. Guests are required to contact the agency one week prior to arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival details. Keys must be collected during designated hours.
