The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, soft carpeting, bedside tables with pendant lighting, a built-in wardrobe, and a wall-mounted desk with stool. A lounge chair is positioned to enjoy canal views. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bidet. The total property size is 65 m² and features tiled or marble flooring throughout. Amenities include air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, lift access, washing machine, iron, safe, hair dryer, balcony, alarm system, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, dining table, and bathroom amenities. A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 per booking is required and paid by credit card with the last payment. For monthly stays, a security deposit of AED 5,000 is required. Final cleaning is AED 250 per booking and booking fees are 5% of the booking amount. An extra person supplement of AED 150 per person applies where applicable. Airport pickup and drop-off is available for AED 250 per booking. Tourism charges may apply, including a 6% Tourism Tax and 5% UAE VAT as per applicable laws. Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Guests are required to contact the agency one week before arrival to provide arrival details and arrange key collection. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance. The full booking amount must be paid as required prior to or upon arrival according to the booking conditions.
