Please treat the apartment with care and respect, as you would your own home. Smoking & Vaping: -Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will result in a €400 fine, plus the full cost of smoke or odor removal from furniture, curtains, or walls. -Smoking is only allowed in the garden, with the door closed. -Cigarette butts must be disposed of in an ashtray, not on the ground or in plant pots. Amenities Use: Any complimentary amenities provided (including coffee, tea, toiletries, shower gel, etc.) are offered as a courtesy only. Their use and consumption are at the guest’s own responsibility and discretion and are not guaranteed to be replenished during the stay. Parties & Noise -No parties allowed. -Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. -Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior that disturbs neighbors is not tolerated and may result in eviction. Commercial photography & filming -Commercial photography and videography are permitted with prior approval. However, the creation of adult content, pornographic material, or any content of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited at the property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and may incur additional charges. Guests & Visitors: -The maximum number of people allowed to stay overnight is limited to those included in the booking. -Visitor groups over 4 people are not allowed at any time. -No unregistered overnight guests. Damage & Liability -Guests are responsible for 100% of the cost of any damage caused during their stay. -Any major damage, stains, broken items, or lost keys will be charged separately with a fine. -Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it promptly. Security & Safety: -Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. -Do not share your entry code or keys with anyone outside your group. House Rule – Maintenance & Cleaning Checks: If a guest raises a concern about cleaning or maintenance during their stay, we reserve the right to enter the property (at a mutually agreed time) to inspect the issue and resolve it. This ensures that any problems are addressed promptly and that your stay remains comfortable. BBQ Usage Guidelines: We’re happy to offer you the use of our gas BBQ on the terrace! To ensure safety and keep everything in great condition for all guests, please follow these simple rules: Safety First -Never leave the BBQ unattended while it’s in use. -Keep the BBQ away from flammable objects and under proper ventilation. -Only adults should operate the BBQ. Before You Start -Please check that the gas connection is secure before lighting. -Open the lid before turning on the gas to prevent buildup. After Use -Turn off both the burner knobs and the gas supply when finished. -Please clean the grill after each use—this helps prevent grease build-up and keeps it ready for the next guest. House Rules – Linen & Towels We kindly ask all guests to take good care of the apartment’s linens and towels during their stay. If any items are stained, damaged, or missing after check-out, a replacement fee will be charged according to the list below. Replacement Costs: -Big bed sheet: €26 -Small bed sheet: €20 -Big towel: €14 -Hand towel: €6 -Bath mat: €5 -Pillowcase: €5 -Big duvet cover: €39 -Small duvet cover: €29 -Protection sheet: €21 -Baby sheet: €5 -Baby duvet cover: €21 Please note: these charges only apply if items are returned permanently damaged (for example: makeup, tanning lotion, bleach, or other unremovable stains). The guest must comply with the community rules. not exceeding the allowed noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€. • Damage to keys set: € 50 Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: Will cost a penalty fee of € 400 Treat the house with care, maintain cleanliness in common areas, and tidy up after yourself. If the cleaning staff has to dispose of your rubbish, more than two trash bags a €80 surcharge will be applied. Thank you for helping us keep the House in perfect condition for all guests. While we do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, there is no 24/7 on-site staff. However, we are always reachable for urgent matters. Please note that any damage to the property or its belongings, as well as any violation of house rules during your stay, may result in additional charges.
