This newly built villa, completed in 2020, is set on a 1500 m² plot overlooking the northern Aegean Sea. It features five en-suite bedrooms and accommodates up to ten guests. The property is divided into two sections and offers expansive outdoor areas with two swimming pools, including an infinity pool and a heated pool with jacuzzi jets, along with panoramic sea views.

The space
The villa is arranged across two levels. The ground level includes a living room, a large open kitchen, a WC, one en-suite bedroom, and a separate guest house for two guests with private access. This level provides direct access to the pergola, outdoor lounge, and dining area. The first floor hosts two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the large swimming pool and sea. Outdoors, the property features two swimming pools, sofa beds, sunbeds, a bar, a pool shower, and a gas BBQ available upon request.
