The space

The property consists of a restored stone house of approximately 250 m², arranged over two levels with thick whitewashed walls that maintain a naturally cool interior. The main unit, approximately 120 m², includes one master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, additional bathrooms, a kitchen, and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with wide views. A separate studio unit includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen. The ground floor also features a large open space suitable for workshops, study, or relaxation.

The neighbourhood

The house is located in a secluded valley within the Sierra de Llaberia mountain range, surrounded by pine and oak forests and terraced groves of almond, olive, and fig trees. The area offers access to walking and cycling routes, nearby villages, and natural landscapes. The coast of Costa Daurada is within reach, including beaches approximately 23 km away, as well as nearby restaurants and wine areas in Priorat.
