The space
The villa features a thoughtfully designed layout across multiple levels. Two double bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the lower floor hosts three additional double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors are bright and contemporary, complemented by expansive outdoor spaces including a saltwater swimming pool, sun loungers, a gazebo, and covered verandas. The Mediterranean garden is enhanced by a striking secular olive tree, creating a tranquil and private atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, pizza oven, air-conditioning throughout, and a dedicated laundry room.
The neighbourhood
The villa is located in Puntaldia, a sought-after coastal area surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia’s east coast. Within walking distance are the white sands of Lu Impostu beach and nearby tennis courts. Close by are Cala Brandinchi to the north and La Cinta to the south. The area also features a nine-hole golf course and a marina just a short drive away.
