The space

The property includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located in the main house. A separate building contains two additional bedrooms and a kitchen. The fifth bedroom is set in a separate annex. Features include sea views, a swimming pool, large Mediterranean garden, teak decking, covered verandas, LCD TV, air-conditioning, wifi, and a fully equipped professional kitchen. The villa measures approximately 350 sqm, and the garden extends to approximately 8,000 sqm. Private car parking is also available.

Located on the sea at Puntaldia, the property is a short walk from the white sands of Lu Impostu. Nearby beaches include Cala Brandinchi to the north and La Cinta to the south. Puntaldia also offers a nine-hole golf course and marina nearby.
