A central hallway leads through to the bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area positioned at the far end of the apartment, where large panoramic windows frame uninterrupted views across the marina, lake and surrounding fells. Comfortable seating, a Smart TV and dining space create a relaxed setting for spending time together after a day exploring the Lakes. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes Neff appliances, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all essential cookware, crockery and utensils. The apartment sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The spacious principal bedroom features a super king bed and en suite shower room, while two further double bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families or groups. A separate family bathroom adds additional convenience during your stay. Outside, the large private terrace offers a peaceful space to sit and enjoy the lakeside setting, with seating overlooking the marina and water beyond.

Waters Edge is located directly on the shores of Lake Windermere, offering immediate access to one of the Lake District’s most iconic settings. The surrounding area provides a wide range of activities, from lakeside walks and boat trips to water sports and scenic drives. Nearby towns such as Bowness and Ambleside offer a variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and local attractions. This is an ideal base for exploring the wider South Lakes, with easy access to walking routes, viewpoints and popular destinations throughout the national park.
