Two kitchens are available, including summer kitchen facilities in both the poolside dining area and the outdoor dining space beneath a pergola. The outdoor areas include landscaped gardens with palm, pine, and olive trees, a 14m x 5m private swimming pool, sun loungers, a romantic day bed, outdoor chill-out spaces, barbecue facilities, an outdoor shower, and parking. The property is fully fenced and accessed through an electric gate, ensuring privacy throughout the stay.

The property is located in a quiet residential area in San Lorenzo in the north of the island. The surrounding area is known for its peaceful countryside setting, nearby forested hillsides, and easy access to the quieter beaches of the northern coast. The location sits between the villages of Santa Gertrudis, San Joan, and San Carlos, an area renowned for its rural charm and food scene.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of EUR 5,000 is required. A check-out clean is included, and linen and towel changes are provided every 4 days. Children are welcome. Events are not permitted. Wheelchair access is not available. The service room apartment includes a kitchenette and sitting area. Please note that the service room is intended only for guests' own staff, hired help, or children aged 12 years and under.
