The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are connected by floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a seamless flow between the interior and the outdoor terraces. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, while the living area features a fireplace for added comfort. A domotics system controlled via iPad manages the home's functions. Outdoor spaces include covered and open terraces, a heated infinity pool with a waterfall feature and integrated chill-out area, an outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities, a garden, garage, private gates, parking, and parasols.
