The villa is located in an exclusive coastal area with panoramic sea and countryside views, close to the sea and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Es Torrent Beach is approximately 1.9 km away, restaurants are about 1.1 km away, shops are around 7.7 km away, the town of Sant Josep is approximately 8 km away, and the airport is around 17.6 km away. Popular entertainment venues including Blue Marlin, Hï Ibiza, Ushuaïa, UNVRS, and Pacha are all within driving distance. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of €1,000 per week. Housekeeping is included for four hours per day, five days per week. The villa is not wheelchair accessible.
