The property offers nine comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The master bedroom also includes a bathtub. Flexible zip-and-link beds allow several rooms to be arranged as either king-size or twin beds upon request.

Situated in a peaceful residential area of Whitstable, the property is just a short drive from the seafront, harbour, beach, castle, gardens, Old Town, Tankerton Slopes, and the town's renowned cafés, seafood restaurants, and independent shops. Beautiful coastal walking and cycling routes, nearby parks, and nature reserves are all within easy reach.

The heated swimming pool is maintained at approximately 25°C throughout the year and is unavailable between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The hot tub operates daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During hot tub operation, the pool remains open, although the filtration system is temporarily paused. Bedrooms with zip-and-link beds can be prepared as twin beds or king beds upon request. Requests should be made at least seven days before arrival. The property is smoke-free and pet-free. Guests are kindly asked to keep outdoor noise to a minimum during the evening to respect neighbouring residents.
