Bay Harbor One is an intimate, contemporary boutique building with a genuinely residential feel. Two elevators serve the building, entry is controlled by key and card access, and the front desk adds security and service during the day. The crown is the rooftop: a heated pool with a lounge deck, BBQ grills for sunset dinners, and open seating with sweeping views across the island, the bay, and toward the ocean. The unit includes two dedicated covered parking spaces — a rare convenience in this area.
