The space
Designed with a minimalist style and carefully selected furnishings, the villa offers bright interiors where large windows seamlessly connect the indoor living spaces with the outdoor terraces. The open-plan ground floor combines the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to create the heart of the home. The comfortable living area features a large sofa, a 75-inch Smart Satellite TV, and direct access to the pool terrace, while the dining area comfortably seats six guests.
The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms designed for privacy and relaxation. The ground floor master bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an open closet, air conditioning, mountain views, and direct access to the pool terrace. Upstairs, one bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Both upper-floor bedrooms have direct access to a furnished shared balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains. A communal bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor.
