THE SPACE Villa Hermine is currently being transformed into an extraordinary group accommodation for up to 32 people in the Harz Mountains. Our aim is to create a place where large groups can stay, dine, relax and enjoy an unforgettable experience together. With 14 bedrooms, numerous bathroom facilities, a large communal room and extensive wellness, sports and entertainment areas, the villa will offer plenty of space and variety. The property is currently scheduled to open in early October 2026. Until then, construction, furnishing and final installation work will continue. There are 12 parking lots available for our guests in front of the accommodation. 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Once completed, the property is expected to offer: • Space for up to 32 guests • 14 bedrooms • 9 double beds • 14 single beds • A total of 32 sleeping spaces The large number of bedrooms makes Villa Hermine ideal for groups of friends, family gatherings, several families travelling together, club trips and other group stays. 🚿 BATHROOMS & TOILETS A large number of bathroom facilities are planned to ensure a comfortable stay for large groups: • A total of 13 bathroom and toilet facilities • A total of 9 showers This will allow guests to spread out comfortably in the mornings and evenings. 🍽️ LARGE COMMUNAL ROOM The spacious communal dining room will be the heart of the villa. This is where your entire group can eat, relax, play games and spend long evenings together. A stove is creating a particularly warm and cosy atmosphere. 👨‍🍳 INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN A large industrial kitchen is being created for preparing meals for large groups. It will provide plenty of space for cooking together, preparing food and serving meals. The kitchen will be ideal for self-catering groups, shared cooking evenings and preparing breakfast or dinner for many guests. 🧖 WELLNESS AREA Villa Hermine is also being designed as a place to relax and unwind. • Sauna • Hot tub • Salt cave After exploring the Harz region, you can return to the property, relax together and recharge. 🎬 PRIVATE CINEMA A private cinema area is planned for shared movie nights. The location is ideal for walks, hiking, excursions and shared outdoor activities.
