THE SPACE Villa Hermine is the former Imperial Post Office in Hahnenklee and was built around 1900. This historic building combines a unique character and a rich history with a modern accommodation concept designed for large groups. Villa Hermine is currently being transformed into an extraordinary group accommodation for up to 34 people in the Harz Mountains. Our aim is to create a place where large groups can stay, dine, relax and enjoy an unforgettable experience together. With 14 bedrooms, numerous bathroom facilities, a large communal room and extensive wellness, sports and entertainment areas, the villa will offer plenty of space and variety. The property is currently scheduled to open in early October 2026. Until then, construction, furnishing and final installation work will continue. There are 12 parking lots available for our guests in front of the accommodation. 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Once completed, the property is expected to offer: • Space for up to 34 guests • 14 bedrooms • 10 double beds • 14 single beds • A total of 34 sleeping spaces The large number of bedrooms makes Villa Hermine ideal for groups of friends, family gatherings, several families travelling together, club trips and other group stays. 🚿 BATHROOMS & TOILETS A large number of bathroom facilities are planned to ensure a comfortable stay for large groups: • A total of 13 bathroom and toilet facilities • A total of 9 showers This will allow guests to spread out comfortably in the mornings and evenings. 🍽️ LARGE COMMUNAL ROOM The spacious communal dining room will be the heart of the villa. This is where your entire group can eat, relax, play games and spend long evenings together. A stove is creating a particularly warm and cosy atmosphere. 👨‍🍳 INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN A large industrial kitchen is being created for preparing meals for large groups. It will provide plenty of space for cooking together, preparing food and serving meals. The kitchen will be ideal for self-catering groups, shared cooking evenings and preparing breakfast or dinner for many guests. 🧖 WELLNESS AREA Villa Hermine is also being designed as a place to relax and unwind. • Sauna • Hot tub • Salt cave After exploring the Harz region, you can return to the property, relax together and recharge. 🎬 PRIVATE CINEMA A private cinema area is planned for shared movie nights. You will be able to watch films, series or sporting events together without leaving the property. 🕹️ ARCADE & GAMING AREA Various entertainment areas are planned for gaming fans. • Arcade games • A dedicated gaming area • Various console and gaming options Compete against each other, organise small tournaments or simply enjoy playing together. ♠️POKER & FOOSBALL A dedicated poker and table football area is also planned. You will be able to work out individually or together as a group. 🧘 YOGA & PILATES A separate yoga and Pilates area is planned for gentler exercise sessions. Start the day with a relaxing workout, enjoy a group session or use the room as a quiet retreat. 🎈 BALL PIT The planned ball pit will be an extraordinary highlight and a unique photo spot inside the property. It will be perfect for fun group pictures and memorable moments. 🌲 LOCATION IN GOSLAR-HAHNENKLEE Villa Hermine is located in Hahnenklee, a district of Goslar in the Harz Mountains. The location is ideal for walks, hiking, excursions and shared outdoor activities. 🚧 PROPERTY CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT Villa Hermine is currently still under construction and in the furnishing and installation phase. The property is scheduled to open in early October 2026. Reservations can already be made as part of our pre-opening sale. As the work has not yet been fully completed, individual facilities, room designs and usage options may still change before the opening. 📸 INFORMATION ABOUT THE IMAGES The photos currently displayed do not show the completed Villa Hermine. The final interior design, room layout, colours and individual features of Villa Hermine may differ from the images shown. Current original photos of the property will be added as soon as the relevant areas have been completed. 🔇 NOISE & CONSIDERATION Villa Hermine will offer numerous opportunities for group activities, but it is not an unrestricted party venue. Please keep noise at an appropriate level at all times and be considerate of the surrounding area. During the applicable quiet hours, music and conversations must be reduced to room volume. Windows and doors must remain closed when music is being played. 🪩 DISCO ROOM The disco room may only be used in accordance with the house rules and quiet hours. Powerful external speakers, subwoofers and other party sound systems may not be brought to the property. 💦 HOT TUB If you arrive on the same day that previous guests check out, the hot tub may not yet have reached its full operating temperature at check-in. The hot tub will be emptied, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water between stays. Heating the fresh water naturally takes some time.
