Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you be respectful of our neighbors throughout your stay. Please keep noise to a reasonable level during both the day and especially during nighttime hours. Loud music, shouting, or other excessive noise can disturb nearby residents and impact their peaceful enjoyment of their homes. All guests should be included on the reservation. Please ask permission for additional guests or visitors. 3. No third-party bookings are permitted. The person who booked the reservation must be staying on property. 4. Please send all communications through the platform when possible. This ensures access to 24/7 customer support services if necessary and protects both Guests and Hosts. 5. When leaving the home, please turn off all lights and appliances and set the A/C to 78–80°F. Please do not turn the A/C completely off. 6. Please provide a check-in time 72 hours prior to your date of check-in so we can anticipate your arrival. 7. Please contact us for alternative check-out times and we will do our best to accommodate. A late check out fee may apply. 8. Lockout service is subject to availability. Please contact us if you are locked out and we will respond as quickly as possible. A lock out fee may apply. 9. To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all, this is a strictly non-smoking premise. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. A minimum $500 smoking fee will be charged for odor removal. 10. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know ahead of time. Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. We do allow dogs. 🐾 Small pets: $175 per pet 🐾 Large pets: $275 per pet 11. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something in the home, please let us know so we can look out for the item during cleaning. 12. If guests are found to have had an event or party without permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. 13. If neighbors are disrupted as a result of such an event, guests may be asked to leave the property.

Excessive barking, aggression, or other disruptive behavior may result in additional charges. 6. Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate. 7. Cleaning Up After Your Pet: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience. 8. Damages: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements. 9. Notification: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) so that we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience for you and your furry companions.
