The seasonal community pool is available for free access to the pool for up to 8 people max per day. The pool is open in the summer only (memorial day to labor day). - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras located in the front, side and back of the property, facing outside only. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras records video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. NEIGHBORHOOD RULES This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may include full-time residents, such as families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes who enjoy their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community - Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. - Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM All tires must be off the roadway. - DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per the Rockingham County ordinance - Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rule violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive - Buses, campers, and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay. - You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area - DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches.
