Luxury Chalet With Panoramic Arlberg Views

The chalet offers 1,000 square metres of living space across several floors. The upper floor includes an open-plan dining area, fireside lounge, bar and kitchen, with large windows and terraces overlooking the surrounding mountains. An open fire provides a focal point in the lounge. There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Three bedroom suites have their own open fireplaces. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, mini-bars, Nespresso machines and access to balconies or the garden. The balconies have infrared heaters. The ground floor contains the spa area with an indoor pool, infrared room, steam bath and sauna, as well as a private gym and a bar with lounge and wine room. The second floor includes a ski room, kitchen, and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private living areas. The first floor contains four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a staff room.

The chalet is located in Oberlech at 1,600 metres, directly within the ski and hiking areas. It offers ski-in/ski-out access and views towards the Omeshorn and the wider Arlberg mountains. The centre of Lech, including its restaurants, boutiques and après-ski spots, is close by.

The chalet includes private chef-prepared meals using regional ingredients, with menus created in consultation with guests. Meals can be tailored to guests' preferences throughout their stay. The wine cellar offers a curated selection of wines created according to a fine wine concept by Austria's only Master Sommelier. The floorplans show a main entrance, fireside lounge, kitchen, dining area and terrace on the top floor; a ski room, kitchen and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private living areas on the second floor; four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a staff room on the first floor; and the spa, private gym, bar, lounge and wine room on the ground floor.
