Seminole Sands is located in Oakhurst Trails, an established residential neighborhood in Seminole. The surrounding homes, mature trees, and landscaped yards give the area a welcoming, lived-in character. Spacious single-family houses and greenery are part of what defines this neighborhood. Staying here gives you the feeling of settling into a local neighborhood for a few days. It’s a comfortable setting for families and friends who enjoy taking their mornings slowly and having a relaxing place to return to after a day out. The home sits among neighboring residences, so being considerate of the people around us is part of staying here. Additional rules: To ensure a great experience for all our guests, we ask that all guests be 21 years of age or older when booking. Guest Verification & Agreement: To keep our homes safe and secure for all guests, we require each reservation to complete a short verification process before check-in. This includes: • Filling out and signing a digital rental agreement and form. • Providing a photo of a government-issued ID to validate the booking. ⚠️ Important: This process must be completed in order to receive your check-in instructions and gain access to the property. Without it, entry cannot be provided. All information is collected securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality. We cherish tranquility, so please no loud music and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please supervise children at all times, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars. No parking in the grass Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties. Smoking is permitted only in the fire pit area. Please ensure cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the designated garbage bins. For everyone's safety, we have discreet, motion-activated cameras on the exterior of our home. We ask that music volumes be kept low to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Heated Pool: Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round; pool heat is included in your stay at no extra charge! The system is programmed to maintain around 85°F, from October through April. Though the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather and air temperature. Heat pumps can typically warm the pool up to 10–20°F above the current air temperature, so on cooler days, it may not reach the full set temperature. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions or heater performance. Please note that pool and hot tub maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Tuesday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding! Hot Tub The property includes a private hot tub for guests to enjoy. Please shower or rinse off before entering and keep the cover secured when not in use. Water temperature and heating time may vary depending on weather, usage, and normal equipment operation. The hot tub is professionally maintained, but occasional servicing or mechanical issues may temporarily affect availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation during every stay, and refunds will not be provided solely due to temporary hot tub maintenance, temperature fluctuations, or equipment performance. There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. We offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Monday and Thursday night. The lawn is serviced every Friday, including both the front and backyard. Arrival time may vary, and service is typically completed quickly without disruption. Please allow access to the backyard as part of the regular upkeep of the property. Both options are subject to availability and will be confirmed the day before your arrival or departure. Firewood is not provided.
