The villa has approximately 220 m² of space and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has two single beds or one double bed, blackout curtains, air conditioning/heating, and a separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has two single beds or one double bed, blackout curtains, air conditioning/heating, a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a terrace with sea views. The Master Suite is also on the first floor and has a king-size bed, large storage space, air conditioning/heating, a private bathroom with shower, bath, sink, and separate toilet, and a terrace with sea views. There is space for a baby cot in the Master Suite. The villa includes WiFi, air conditioning, a laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, heating, coffee machine, alarm, baby equipment, CCTV, dishwasher, freezer, fully equipped kitchen, pool towels, and a safe. Entertainment includes a Bluetooth sound system and Smart TV. The private pool can be heated during specified periods. Pool heating is included at no extra cost from April until June, depending on the weather, and again from mid-September until the beginning of November. During the winter season, pool heating can be switched on. The pool is not heated during the summer months. San Josep is approximately 15 minutes inland and has larger supermarkets and shops.
