The property offers approximately 4,900 square feet of living space on a 16,146-square-foot plot. Its modern, open design complements the surrounding environment. The villa has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and other kitchenware. Indoor and outdoor amenities include air conditioning, internet access, a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, outdoor showers, a terrace, a garden, balconies, outdoor furniture, and outdoor dining space. Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, safe, desk, laptop-friendly workspace, stereo system, and dining table. Bathroom supplies include hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Bed linen and towels are included, as is internet access and air conditioning. A final cleaning fee of US$300 per booking applies.

A photo of each guest’s passport is requested before arrival. Guests should enter the correct number of occupants when booking, as additional guests added later are charged separately. The tap water is drinkable. The sound and TV systems are Sonos and HomePod. Three security cameras are installed: two face the exterior and cover the pool and gardens, while one covers the first-floor hallway. House rules prohibit parties, outside guests, smoking, and pets. Shoes must be removed inside the house. Towels must not be taken to the beach, and glass items are not permitted around the pool; plastic cups are provided. Guests are asked to keep doors closed and lights off to prevent insects from entering. Check-in is available daily from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
